Matt Olsen
As the Managing Founder of Kodiak Ventures, LLC, Matt has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate development, investment, and management. He founded the company in 2003 with a vision to create value for our capital partners through strategic acquisitions, developments, and property management. Since its’ inception under his leadership Kodiak Ventures has successfully raised, managed, and achieved above-market yields for ourselves and our partners across various commercial income-producing properties.
Matt holds a B.S. in International Business/Spanish from Auburn University. He also holds an active Georgia Real Estate Brokers license and Salespersons license in Florida. Additionally he holds an active Florida Community Association Managers (CAM) License. I am passionate about creating innovative and sustainable real estate solutions that benefit both our clients and the communities we serve.
